We strive to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction with every project we complete. Please read our Refund and Return Policy below, which outlines the conditions under which refunds or returns may be requested.

 

1. Services Provided

Since we primarily offer services in restoration, construction, and remodeling, we do not offer a standard "return" policy as our services are completed based on specific client needs. However, we want you to be satisfied with our work. If you are unhappy with the services provided, please contact us immediately to address any concerns.

 

2. Refunds

Refunds for services will only be issued under the following circumstances:

If we have failed to complete the work as outlined in the agreed-upon contract or scope of work.

If there is a significant issue with the quality of the service provided, and we are unable to resolve it to your satisfaction within a reasonable time frame.

Refund requests must be made in writing within 30 days of the service completion. Each case will be reviewed on an individual basis, and a resolution will be determined based on the facts of the situation.

 

3. Cancellations

If a cancellation is requested prior to the commencement of work, a partial refund may be issued, depending on the stage of the project and any non-refundable materials or costs already incurred. Cancellations after work has begun may be subject to a fee based on the services provided and the work completed at the time of cancellation.

 

4. Payment Methods

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be credited back to the original card. If paid by other means, the refund will be processed via the same method where possible.

 

5. Dispute Resolution

If any issues arise with the services provided or if you are dissatisfied, we encourage you to reach out to us directly. Our goal is to ensure that every customer is satisfied with the work we perform. We are committed to resolving any concerns in a fair and timely manner.
